The travelling postcard project

I have been collecting postcards since 2011. It started during a trip to South Korea. The N Seoul tower have a postbox that let you mail a postcard brought from their gift shop. I sent a postcard to myself and to my parents. About a month since I went back to the Philippines, I received the postcard I sent. I was so happy to receive it. Since then I take time to send postcards to my family, friends, and myself whenever I travel.

My dream is to receive postcards from all countries around the world. This will be too costly doing by myself. I searched for a postcard exchange community and I found Postcrossing. I have been an active member since 2013.

This 2016, I'm starting my own travelling postcard project. I have seen a lot of people doing this so I'm trying it out myself. It's called travelling postcard because you will be sending the same postcard again and again from different places.

The postcard travelled from Indonesia to the Philippines in 20 days. I hope this postcard enjoyed its Bali trip as much as I did. Unfortunately, the upper part has a little tear. :(
